What we collect

When you join Papa's Club we collect your first name, and optionally your last name, email address, mobile number, preferred store and birthday (day and month only). We also record which messages you agreed to receive, the wording you agreed to and when you agreed. When you place an online order we collect your name, mobile, store, order details and delivery address if relevant.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you the deals, menu news and birthday offers you asked for, to fulfil pickup and delivery orders, and to tailor offers to your nearest store. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We store your details with service providers that host our website and send our emails and texts, and in Google Sheets via our order and club forms. They may store data outside Australia and handle it only to provide those services to us.

Marketing and unsubscribing

We only send marketing emails or texts if you have ticked the box to receive them. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also use our unsubscribe page or call either store. We action requests within 5 working days.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct your details, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing [contact email] or calling Birtinya on 0468 357 106 or Bokarina on 07 5353 0615. If you're not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
